Sr Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at Intellect Design Arena Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the transformation initiatives of progressive financial institutions. With over a decade of experience in the banking or financial domain, especially in Transaction Banking and preferably Collections/Virtual Account Management, you will bring your expertise in design, analysis, documentation, interpersonal skills, and communication to the table. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business requirements and understanding application architecture/specifications to design solutions, including logical interfaces - Writing user stories and interface specifications to ensure clear communication and alignment - Demonstrating a thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies, especially Agile, to drive efficient project execution - Exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively in a global development environment and support pre-sales activities such as product demos and responding to RFPs - Utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence to streamline project management and documentation processes - Serving as a liaison between Product Management and Product Development teams to enhance and create business features - Leading the business analysis team for product implementation, guiding, mentoring, and supporting them in BAU activities, functional and integration testing, and reviewing solution designs impacting multiple systems At Intellect Design Arena Ltd., you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and relevant problems in the financial services and technology sector.
