Sr Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in analyzing projects and simplifying them for the engineering team's successful execution. Your primary responsibility is to define the next steps for requirements and ensure successful closure. Your tasks involve gathering clear project requirements from the Client, discussing and documenting them thoroughly, and collaborating with the technical team to mitigate risks and clarify doubts. You will also interface with clients, lead the requirements gathering phase, and provide estimations and solutions to support the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Gather clear project requirements from the Client and document them thoroughly using SRS/FRS, SOW, Proposal, Diagrams, User stories document, and Technical document. - Discuss requirements with the technical team to clarify doubts and mitigate risks. - Interface with clients to understand requirements/process through meetings and discussions. - Lead requirements gathering phase, prepare necessary documentation, and capture Business Requirements in the form of Business Requirement Document (BRD). - Provide time and cost estimations, conduct feasibility tests, create wireframes, and develop clickable prototypes. - Deliver solution presentations for key accounts to support the sales team in successful closures. Qualifications Required: - Good Communication and Analytical Skills. - Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities. - Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and technologies in AIML, Data Engineering, and cloud services. - BE/B.Tech in computer engineering. - Understanding of SDLC Life Cycle and familiarity with tools used in the cycle. - Experience in Business Analysis & Consulting across multiple domains. Your multitasking abilities, along with strong analytical and logical skills, will be valuable in this position.
