Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands on expertise in Guidewire cloud Claim Center Guidewire Tools and accelerators Guidewire Studio Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamental and Guidewire Digital Portal. Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance is needed. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Guidewire implementations.
Oversee the development and maintenance of functional specifications for Guidewire applications.
Provide expertise in Guidewire Tools and accelerators to optimize business processes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing Guidewire systems.
Ensure the successful integration of Guidewire Digital Portal with other systems.
Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Support the testing and validation of Guidewire applications to ensure quality and performance.
Provide training and support to end-users on Guidewire functionalities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Guidewire-related processes.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the organization.

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience with Guidewire Tools and accelerators.
Must have proficiency in Guidewire Studio and Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamental.
Must have strong knowledge of Guidewire Digital Portal and Guidewire ClaimCenter.
Nice to have experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Must have experience in conducting workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
Must have the ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation.
Must have experience in supporting testing and validation processes.
Must have the ability to provide training and support to end-users.
Must have a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
