Sr Business Analyst

We re looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to join our team. In this role, you ll work closely with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, refine user stories, and support agile development, focusing on the Salesforce and Zuora platforms. You will serve as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions. What will your job look like: Key Responsibilities: Partner with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to gather and document Salesforce and Zuora requirements. Lead refinement of user stories with clear Salesforce-specific acceptance criteria. Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements, automation, and integrations. Facilitate collaboration across teams to identify business challenges, set priorities, and align on project scope. Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, process flows, and data mappings. Track progress, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment and transparency. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. An Ideal Candidate will have: About You: 4+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce and Zuora. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation and user stories. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, custom objects, workflows, and integrations. Experience working with Agile teams, including sprint planning and backlog refinement. Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio). Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with API integrations and light SQL for data validation. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) or Certified Scrum Product Owner.
