What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end

  project discovery

  , including requirement gathering, scoping, and clarification.
• Draft

  project proposals

  with clarity, structure, and strong technical grounding.
• Build and present

  technical solution drafts

  , especially in

  GenAI

  and

  Blockchain

  domains.
• Create detailed

  Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

  and define

  RACI/role matrices

  .
• Estimate

  time, cost, and resource needs

  for projects with minimal dependency on the tech team.
• Break down complex problems into simple, actionable steps for design and development.
• Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely documentation — BRD, SRS, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Support sales teams with pre-sales discovery, solutioning, and proposal inputs.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of solid BA experience in tech or product environments.
• Strong communication — clear, concise, and confident.
• Hands-on experience drafting

  tech solutions

  for AI/ML, GenAI, and Blockchain (even at a high-level architecture).
• Proven ability to

  estimate time and cost

  for medium to large projects.
• Strong ownership and ability to handle clients, founders, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and modern project delivery models.
• Ability to turn ambiguous input into structured documentation and action plans.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments.
• Prior involvement in pre-sales or solution consulting.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Miro, or ClickUp.
