With a focus on delivering high-quality code, technical architectures, and speed, we have successfully delivered over 60 solutions across 10 countries and 12 industry verticals. Role Overview – MERN Stack Developer: We’re looking for a senior MERN Stack Developer with strong product instincts and 5+ years of hands-on experience. You’ll be building scalable applications and working closely with international clients, primarily during the US time zone (6 PM–3 AM IST) . Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement clean, responsive UIs. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code on both frontend and backend. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Own deployment, version control, and code reviews via GitHub . Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack. Strong in JavaScript (ES6+) , REST APIs , and React Hooks . Experience with MongoDB performance tuning and Node.js backend architecture . Strong grasp of Git workflows , CI/CD, and production deployments. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Willingness to work in night shift hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST) .
