Job Description

Location- Mulund West, Mumbai

Salary- 3,00,000 to 4,50,000 LPA

WORK FROM OFFICE


Key Responsibilities:

Client & Key Account Management

  • Own and manage key client accounts, serving as the primary senior contact.
  • Build and maintain trust-based client relationships to achieve 100% retention.
  • Understand client industries and recommend proactive strategic initiatives.
  • Anticipate client needs to ensure smooth and proactive service delivery.
  • Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client requirements.
  • Ensure client feedback is regularly gathered and documented (monthly/quarterly).
  • Drive client satisfaction through timely delivery, accuracy, and value-added inputs.


Revenue Focus

  • Coordinate with finance to ensure timely collections and zero bad debts.
  • Contribute to agency growth by maintaining revenue streams from existing accounts.


Strategic Planning & Brand Development

  • Lead monthly and quarterly brand performance reviews and strategy meetings.
  • Co-create brand strategies with executives, including campaign ideas and plans.
  • Drive creation of brand documents, marcom strategies (SMM, SEO, profiling), and long-term marketing calendars.
  • Research industry trends, festivals, and content pegs for campaign opportunities.
  • Present growth strategies and insights to clients using structured decks.


Project Oversight & Internal Coordination

  • Brief internal teams clearly on objectives, timelines, and expectations.
  • Track deliverables across creative, tech, and media teams for timely execution.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, project folders, and meeting notes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in client servicing, brand management, or account management.
  • Strong leadership & Communication skills with experience in supervising and mentoring teams.
  • Proven ability to handle key accounts and client escalations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign planning.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines
