Job Description

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between the IT team and the Business team by determining the requirements, recommendation and improved user experience. The candidate should have strong Real-estate knowledge or SaaS expertise along with stakeholder management, and proficiency in the communication (Verbal & written), and Jira tool.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Use business analysis techniques to ensure requirements are comprehensive and clear.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
Assist in sprint planning, scheduling, sprint progress and manage the issues and risks.
Apply real estate industry knowledge to business analysis and SaaS management to enhance business process and solutions.
Assist in the integration feasibility testing of new application or tools to ensure solutions meet the business requirements.
Analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT or related field.
Proven experience as Business Analyst in
Real-estate
or
SaaS
industries or IT.
Knowledge on
Jira
and Confluence
Proficient in Business analysis techniques such
SWOT, MoSCoW, RACI,
User Case, UML modeling.
Excellent
Verbal
and
Written
communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good to have
CBAP, CCBA certification
Knowledge of Data Analytics, Reporting tool
