Job Title – Project Manager HVAC

Preferred Location - Gurgaon, India

Full time/Part Time - Full Time

Dynamic and results-driven HVAC Project Manager with 6+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems design, project execution, and multidisciplinary coordination. Adept at managing complex HVAC installations across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Strong foundation in mechanical engineering, complemented by deep knowledge of electrical systems, piping layouts, pump selection, and plantroom configurations including chiller systems. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HVAC Project Manager with over 6 years of experience in mechanical systems design, project execution, and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and demonstrate expertise in managing complex HVAC installations across commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. This role demands technical proficiency, leadership acumen, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Lead end-to-end HVAC project lifecycle from design to commissioning.
    • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Design & Technical Oversight
    • Review and approve mechanical system designs including ductwork, piping layouts, and plantroom configurations.
    • Oversee pump selection, chiller systems integration, and electrical coordination.
    • Collaborate with design consultants and internal engineering teams to optimize system performance.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors.
    • Facilitate coordination between mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and consultants to align project goals.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality control.
    • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies.
    • Maintain documentation for regulatory approvals and client reporting.
  • Budget & Resource Optimization
    • Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of HVAC equipment and materials.
    • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and technical resources.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HVAC project management.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and HVAC design software.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, pump hydraulics, and chilled water systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in LEED-certified or green building projects.
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows and digital project delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
