About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design projects, mentor junior architects, and ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of creativity, functionality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Develop innovative and functional design solutions while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design skills and creative solutions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max), and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
