Sr. Architect

Role Overview: As an Architect, you will lead design teams and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to completion. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop appropriate design solutions. Your role will involve creating and refining building plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring technical expertise and quality control in compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Additionally, you will manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, supervise construction progress on-site, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with all design and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee design teams and manage project lifecycle from concept to completion - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop design solutions - Create and refine building plans, blueprints, and specifications - Provide technical expertise and quality control to ensure compliance with codes and regulations - Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources - Supervise construction progress on-site and ensure adherence to architectural plans - Mentor junior architects and design staff for professional development - Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, safety standards, and sustainability requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field - Proven experience as an architect (3-5 years or more) - Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of BIM technology - Excellent communication skills to present designs and coordinate with teams - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities - Highly creative approach to design and problem-solving - Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in plans and specifications - Solid project management skills in managing timelines, budgets, and resources Additional Details: The job types available are full-time and permanent.
