Job Description

Role Overview: You will join the Transformation team at Brookfield's BCOG Office as a Sr Analyst. The team is focused on leading transformation initiatives to enhance processes, data assets, and technology platforms. Your role will involve conducting offshoring feasibility assessments, managing transitions, redesigning operating models, performing process discoveries, executing automations, and fostering an innovative culture. Collaboration with various business functions to identify opportunities, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation of process improvements and technology initiatives will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Offshoring Feasibility Assessment: - Partner with business functions to identify processes suitable for offshoring. - Develop comprehensive plans and business cases for offshoring initiatives. - Project Manage Transitions: - Oversee knowledge transfer processes, lead governance, and manage risks. - Ensure end-to-end processes are migrated and operations are stabilized post-transition. - Collaborate with business groups exploring the setup or expansion of their teams. - Follow methodology during role transitions to minimize operational and knowledge loss risks. - Perform Process Discoveries: - Conduct deep dive sessions to map processes and identify pain points. - Prioritize opportunities and develop business cases for improvements. - Project Management for Process Improvement and Technology Initiatives: - Document requirements and coordinate with IT. - Manage the execution of core platforms and automation projects. - Track and report benefits of implemented initiatives. - Driving Innovation Culture: - Develop and promote a culture of innovation. - Build awareness, share best practices, and drive ideation sessions with individual functions. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in project management and business analysis with basic understanding of corporate functions such as Finance, preferably in Asset Management domain. - Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the group. - Understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, certifications are desired but not essential. - Keen learner with good attention to detail and ability to deal with complex issues and structures. - Self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment with a drive to pursue a challenging career in financial services.
