Job Description

In this role, you will be required to be onsite and have knowledge of core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries in APAC, Europe, and North America. Your main responsibility will be to deliver Workday Time Tracking deliverables by leading client engagements and teams to successful outcomes, supporting your team, client needs, and generating value. You will transform business requirements into complex system configurations and analyze large HR data loads to ensure accurate data transfer. Additionally, you will provide training and assistance using Workday Community and other supported applications, as well as guide the HR Service Operations team on Workday process best practices. Collaboration with business users to implement process upgrades and system enhancements, leading testing and data validations, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring overall system performance is aligned with business objectives will also be part of your role. - Lead client engagements and teams to successful outcomes in Workday Time Tracking deliverables - Transform business requirements into complex system configurations - Analyze large HR data loads to ensure accurate data transfer - Provide training and assistance utilizing Workday Community and other supported applications - Collaborate with business users to implement process upgrades and system enhancements - Lead testing and data validations, maintain data integrity, and ensure overall system performance is aligned with business objectives - Support & document new functionality set up for Brookfield (Workday Releases R1\R2) Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required or minimum of 5 years relevant work experience - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workday Benefits and HCM is required - Preferred timezone to crossover with US and Canada Team - Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines - Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to collaborate and deliver excellent service to internal customers and can work effectively in a global team setting,
