Job Description

You will be working as a Sr Analyst in the Transformation team at Brookfield's BCOG Office, responsible for spearheading transformation initiatives to uplift processes, data assets, and technology platforms. Your role will involve conducting offshoring feasibility assessments, managing transitions, redesigning operating models, performing process discoveries, executing automations, and fostering an innovative culture. You will collaborate closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation of process improvements and technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business functions to identify processes suitable for offshoring and develop comprehensive plans and business cases for offshoring initiatives. - Oversee knowledge transfer processes, lead governance, and manage risks during project transitions. - Conduct deep dive sessions to map processes, identify pain points, and prioritize opportunities for improvements. - Document requirements, coordinate with IT, and manage the execution of core platforms and automation projects. - Develop and promote a culture of innovation, share best practices, and drive ideation sessions with individual functions. Additional Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects. - Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. - Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Required Skill Sets: - 5-8 years of experience in project management and business analysis in corporate functions such as Finance, preferably in the Asset Management domain. - Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. - Understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, certifications desired but not essential. - Keen learner with good attention to detail, ability to deal with complex issues and structures, and a self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields. - Proven experience in project management and business analysis. - Strong understanding of fintech and change management principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
