Track and report performance against legal spend audit targets. Liaise with law firms and ensure prompt, compliant billing behavior. Identify trends in overbilling or billing inefficiencies. Maintain internal reports and compliance dashboards. Document and escalate audit exceptions to leadership. Analyze individual and multi-client data sets to improve invoice accuracy. Contribute to process optimization and audit standardization initiatives.
