Financial planning analysis of Deoleo India
Ensure financial NS EBIT are delivered per targets by working closely with the rest of the functions, mainly with Sales and marketing.
Lead financial reviews for innovation and new product launch assignments.
Monthly Gross Margins review to ensure all margin commitments are protected and margin improvement initiatives are delivered.
Lead competitive margin and Profitability benchmarking.
Own the financial evaluation for promotions (trade and consumer) and work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that financial commitments to spending are achieved.
Work with commercial teams to measure customer and brand profitability to influence determination of trade spend with the accounts.
Work with the Sales on DMS and effectiveness on new process automations.
FMCG SAP background
Ability to multi-task, balance between priorities and deliver to tight timelines.
Proactive, self-starter with ability to challenge status quo.
Ability to adapt to an unstructured environment and open to challenges.
