Sr Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, handling tax calculations, and supporting compliance with financial regulations. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their accounting skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accuracy.

• Calculate and file TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per statutory requirements.

• Compute GST (Goods and Services Tax) and ensure timely filing of GST returns.

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in tax filings, audits, and compliance with financial regulations.

• Maintain organized financial documents and ensure accuracy in data entry.

• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of accounting experience..

• Strong knowledge of TDS and GST regulations, calculations, and filing processes.

• Excellent understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting.

• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
