This position operates within a highly successful team of accounting professionals offering high quality services to a portfolio of clients with an emphasis on Financial Reporting.

· Anyone can apply (Preferred Software Experience in Xero, QBO, MYOB, Recon Elite, Hubdoc, Asana, Dext)
· 6-13 years’ experience within Financial Reporting including Tax Return
· Open to learn New Challenges and Skills
· Deliver a variety of projects, focusing on process design and process improvement
· Grow Financial Reporting Team
· Weekly Training, development and mentoring of junior team members
· Contributing to continuous improvement of systems and work practices
· Attending external and internal training and professional development activities to continue to develop and maintain relevant skills
· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges and experiences
· you will manage key clients and 10-15 staff members whilst working closely with one of the Directors
· Complete quality control and final reviews
· Follow up on queries
· Keep up to date to Manual Procedure Guide
· Oversee the work of less experience team members and assist with their development
· Identify Audit issues and work with clients to ensure compliance
· Meeting with clients when required and build strong working relationships
· Work collaboratively with fellow team members and internal divisions to meet the needs of clients.
· Review of Financial statement of Company (Pty LTD), Family Trust, Partnership including Tax Return
· Customise and publish the report as per the clients’ instructions
· Review of Individual Tax Return
· Expertise in reviewing the followings:
o Division 7A
o Inter – Entity Loans
o Hire Purchase Loans
o Reconciliation of GST, PAYG Withholding and Instalments
o Review of General Ledger and accounts
· Postgraduate (MBA/M.COM/CWA) in Commerce (Accounting) & Finance
· Excellent communication
· 6-13 years accounting experience in Australian accounting and taxation with a solid compliance background and have experience with managing Individuals, companies’, and trust tax returns
· Personable and ability to develop strong relationships with clients and team members
· Problem solving skills and applying technical knowledge to varying client situations
· Sounds technical knowledge of relevant and developing tax law
· Reviewing compliance assignments of team member’s staff
· Working closely with Directors to provide exceptional client service
· Competent/sound working knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
· Able to show ownership of your workflow
· An attention to detail achiever
