Vendor management, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues. Prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders , and conduct benchmarking for procurement. Utilize digital marketing, social media, and paper publications for promotions. Graphic design skills (preferred) to create property advertisements and social posts. Review and manage accounts receivable and payable , ensuring timely reconciliations. Review and manage inter-company transactions and generate invoices as required. Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist with financial compliance tasks. Collaborate with senior and junior accountants, and all team members effectively. Daily coordination with Directors, Managers, Sales Team, and Site Supervisors. Maintain weekly and monthly attendance records , coordinating with site supervisors for accuracy. Support and advise company personnel on accounting control procedures . Requirements 7+ years of experience in Administrative roles within the real estate sector.
