Responsibilities


  • Prepare, deliver, and collect real estate documents efficiently.
  • Obtain public records and property information for sales listings.
  • Strong knowledge of

    RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance

  • Manage

    pre-sales and post-sales documentation

    and handle client communications.
  • Draft

    Sales Deeds, Registration Documents, and Agreements

    accurately.
  • Draft professional emails for clients and internal team coordination.
  • Vendor management, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Prepare

    Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders

    , and conduct benchmarking for procurement.
  • Utilize

    digital marketing, social media, and paper publications

    for promotions.
  • Graphic design skills

    (preferred) to create property advertisements and social posts.
  • Review and manage

    accounts receivable and payable

    , ensuring timely reconciliations.
  • Review and manage inter-company transactions and generate invoices as required.
  • Coordinate

    semi-annual audits

    and assist with financial compliance tasks.
  • Collaborate with senior and junior accountants, and all team members effectively.
  • Daily coordination with Directors, Managers, Sales Team, and Site Supervisors.
  • Maintain

    weekly and monthly attendance records

Requirements


  • 7+ years of experience in Administrative roles

    within the real estate sector.
  • Experience in Managing the team
