Job Description

As an Enterprise Sr. Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account strategies. You will support customer accounts from initial engagement through successful deployment and renewal phases. Collaboration with solutions and research engineering teams to design and implement complex customer programs and projects will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will own and meet revenue targets, analyze key account metrics, and generate reports to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders. Monitoring the industry landscape to inform product roadmap and corporate strategies will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with various teams across solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering. Furthermore, you will assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members and contribute to the development of a vibrant company culture. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customer accounts - Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies - Support customer accounts from initial engagement through successful deployment and renewal phases - Collaborate with solutions and research engineering teams - Design and implement complex customer programs and projects - Own and meet revenue targets - Analyze key account metrics and generate reports - Provide insights to internal and external stakeholders - Monitor the industry landscape to inform product roadmap and corporate strategies - Work closely with various teams across the organization - Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members - Contribute to the development of a vibrant company culture Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in selling and renewing platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and/or software-as-a-service (SaaS) - Expertise in designing and executing complex deal strategies - Proven track record supporting the growth of fast-paced, high-performance organizations - Experience working directly with C-level executives - Proficient in communicating technical concepts effectively to customers and internal stakeholders - Skilled in gathering, distilling, and processing complex market intelligence Additional Details of the Company: You will have the opportunity to work with Ayan, Hemant, Nikhil, and the rest of the jovial inFeedo team.
