Position Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless account operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong business acumen, proven experience in account management, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial products).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
