Sr. Accounts Executive to join our finance team at the Dombivli office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and follow-up for collections.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Support in internal & statutory audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally (or relevant ERP system).
• Monitor and control expense reports and assist in budgeting.
• Generate MIS reports for management review.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and cross-functional departments for financial processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Accounting Software and MS Excel.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
