Sr. Account Executive

As an Accounting Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. This will involve maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards. Your role will also include handling end-to-end accounting processes, such as Tally entries, GST, TDS, and other taxation-related tasks. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing and analyzing financial statements to provide insights that support decision-making. It will be crucial for you to ensure compliance with statutory requirements like Ptax, PF, and ESIC. Collaborating with internal teams for accurate financial reporting and budgeting will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on changes in accounting and taxation regulations and conducting regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues will be essential aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the preparation and filing of tax returns and supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff. Qualification Required: - 1 year of total work experience preferred - Proficiency in using accounting software like Tally - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation-related tasks - Strong analytical skills for preparing and analyzing financial statements - Familiarity with statutory requirements such as Ptax, PF, and ESIC - Ability to conduct audits and resolve financial discrepancies - Experience in supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff *Note: The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person.
