About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, particularly in eCommerce operations, and a strong grasp of reconciliation processes, Tally, and compliance frameworks like GST and TDS.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting entries and ledger maintenance in Tally
• Payment gateway reconciliation (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)
• Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of customer/vendor accounts
• GST return filing, reconciliation, and compliance
• TDS computation, deduction, payment, and return filing
• Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
• Must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Excel
• Exposure to eCommerce accounting processes is essential
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Experience in handling payment gateway reconciliation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Equivalent
