What You’ll Do

• Engage with incoming leads and explain product/service offerings
• Help customers make informed purchase decisions
• Build rapport and trust with prospective buyers
• Maintain lead tracking and daily sales reports
• Learn the basics of customer acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
