Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Leadership and Strategy Define and implement academic policies and procedures aligned with institutional goals. Design annual academic plans and ensure smooth curriculum delivery across all grades. Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and promote 21st-century learning practices. 2. Curriculum Planning and Implementation Oversee curriculum alignment with CBSE/State/International board standards. Supervise subject-wise lesson planning, time-tabling, and classroom execution. Ensure integration of life skills, values, and co-scholastic activities into academics. 3. Teacher Development and Evaluation Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers. Plan and execute internal/external training programs and workshops. Lead the teacher appraisal process and recommend performance-based actions. 4. Student Performance Monitoring Monitor student academic progress through assessments, result analysis, and remedial planning. Identify and address learning gaps through intervention strategies. Lead initiatives for student enrichment programs like Olympiads, debates, etc. 5. Coordination and Reporting Coordinate with school heads, coordinators, and management for policy implementation.
