Sr Academic Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Academic Coordinator to support and strengthen our academic programs across partner schools in Gollamudipaadu and nearby areas. The role involves training teachers, monitoring classroom delivery, and ensuring the academic quality of implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regular academic support to teachers through classroom observations and feedback.
• Conduct teacher training sessions and workshops.
• Ensure effective implementation of lesson plans, assessments, and academic calendars.
• Monitor student learning outcomes and work with school teams to improve them.
• Share regular academic reports with school leaders and the central team.
• Act as a bridge between schools and the HLC academic team.
• Coordinate with school heads to address academic challenges.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of academic coordination or school-level experience.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, classroom management, and teacher training.
• Willingness to travel to nearby school locations regularly.
• Proficiency in Telugu and basic English communication is a must.
• Prior experience working in affordable private schools or rural education is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
