Position : School Admin Location : Gollamudipaadu, Ponnur, Andhra Pradesh – 522212 Reporting to : School Principal / Head of Operations Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily administrative operations of the school. Maintain accurate student and staff records (attendance, admissions, documentation). Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for smooth functioning. Handle procurement and inventory of school supplies and resources. Ensure timely submission of compliance documents and reports. Support payroll coordination, leave tracking, and HR documentation. Manage visitor entry, front desk operations, and parent queries. Coordinate with transport, housekeeping, and security teams. Assist with organizing school events, examinations, and meetings. Liaise with the central HR and Finance teams when required. Skills & Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline (preferably with administrative background). 2–8 years of experience in school or office administration. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Strong communication skills in English and Telugu. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
