Math teacher - Bagalkot

Job Title: Math Teacher (Grades 3–8) Location: Chimmad, Bagalkot Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Math Teacher to join our academic team to teach students from Grades 3 to 8. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, classroom management skills, and the ability to make math engaging and meaningful for young learners. Key Responsibilities: Teach mathematics to students in Grades 3–8 using age-appropriate instructional strategies Create lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning goals Use a variety of teaching tools including worksheets, activities, and technology-based methods Assess student progress and provide timely feedback Encourage a growth mindset and problem-solving approach in students Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment Communicate regularly with parents and participate in school events Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master’s preferred) B.Ed or teaching certification (preferred) Prior teaching experience with Grades 3–8 is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and student development Proficiency in English (spoken and written) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Life insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
