Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychologist/Counselor to join our student support team. The ideal candidate will help promote students’ mental well-being, manage emotional and behavioral challenges, and support academic success through appropriate counseling interventions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students. Identify emotional, behavioral, or academic issues through observation and interaction. Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with teachers and parents. Handle crisis situations and refer to external professionals if needed. Conduct workshops for students, parents, and staff on topics like stress management, bullying, peer pressure, and emotional well-being. Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality. Promote inclusive and supportive school culture. Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
