Job Description

Location: Pune

Knowledge and relevant experience of Transfer Agency/Reconciliation
Managing the production floor, handling all process and people related issues
Addressing escalated issues with respect to service delivery and reports any potential problems to the management
Participating in the weekly conference calls and updating the weekly status reflecting the process performance;
Acting as the primary contact for all his/her counterparts
Addressing escalated issues with respect to service delivery
Reviewing weekly MIS reports;
Approving all access and change requests related to processing applications.
Reviewing Performance of team and give feedback on Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly basis.
Preparing Business continuity plan
Counsel the team members if not performing up to the expectations or for any escalated issues.

Tracking and resolving Issues and Incidents

Measurement and Analysis of Project performance and taking appropriate corrective/Preventive actions

Responsible for the allocated tasks in the project
Accomplish the task with required quality in the given timelines
Adhere to the team norms for making the overall team a cohesive one.
Work with Team lead / supervisor on tasks, in gathering pertinent information from subject matter experts
Understand the project objectives and contribute towards the achievement
Completing tasks with high quality of deliverables
Responsible for preparation of documentation for the process
Adhering to QMS processes while performing the allocated tasks
Handling high end processes and tasks in which require experience and expertise
