Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Authorize Trade Finance transactions including
Letters of Credit (LC), Documentary Collections, SBLC, Supply Chain Finance (SCF), LC Payments, LC Issuance, LC Advisory, and SWIFT Payments
within agreed timelines and with high accuracy.
Coordination with clients for smooth transaction processing.
Manage transaction queues, allocate work, track assigned transactions, and ensure timely completion.
Prepare various MIS reports and daily reporting of processed activities/transactions.
Build and manage strong client relationships.
Ensure robust governance, controls, and compliance.
Handle escalations and resolutions efficiently.
Monitor team performance and drive internal reviews.
Oversee delivery, quality, and exception handling.
Identify and resolve exceptions, report issues, and escalate when necessary.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce degree preferred).
Experience:
1.5 - 5 years
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good typing skills and hands-on knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of ICC regulations:
UCP, ISBP, ISP, Incoterms 2020, URR, URC
.
Understanding of regulatory requirements like
OFAC, Boycott Language, Trade Finance Red Flags
.
Ability to follow SOPs and process transactions within agreed timelines, adhering to ICC guidelines (UCP 600, ISBP, etc.) and client specifications.

Certifications:
CDCS preferred.
