Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage sports tournaments, leagues, and franchise events.
• Develop strategic relationships with athletes, coaches, academies, and corporate partners.
• Manage athlete endorsements, sponsorship activations, and engagement campaigns.
• Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives for sports programs, merchandise, or services.
• Oversee event logistics, budgeting, marketing collateral creation, and promotion strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for seamless event execution.
• Analyze event and campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations for tournaments and sponsorships.

Qualifications:

Preferred:

• Experience in managing high-profile sporting events or leagues.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and influencer management in sports.
