Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Splunk Admin. The Splunk Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining Splunk environments, configuring applications, and streamlining data integration. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, and working collaboratively with various teams to ensure effective data analysis and reporting. The role also involves optimizing search queries and dashboards to enhance user experience.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively across teams and assist end-users
Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
Administrative Assistance experience, including managing multi-tiered systems and configuration tasks
Understanding of Finance principles or related experience is a plus
Knowledge or certification in Splunk Enterprise or related tools is highly desirable
Proven ability to prioritize and work within deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
