Strong hands-on experience with Splunk or Dynatrace (APM).

Must Have :

• Strong hands-on experience with Splunk or Dynatrace (APM).
• Proven ability to onboard and configure applications for monitoring and log ingestion.
• Experience building and managing dashboards, visualizations, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry (OTel) standards, collectors, and instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good To have :

• Dynatrace - Performance Engineering Analysis
• Linux
• Experience with AIOps practices and event correlation.
• Familiarity with other observability tools ( Prometheus, Grafana).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Onboard new and existing applications into Splunk or Dynatrace observability platforms.
• Configure, deploy, and manage OpenTelemetry collectors and agents for metrics, logs, and traces.
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports to provide actionable insights for application health.
• Define and implement alerting and monitoring strategies to support reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with application, DevOps, and central monitoring teams to ensure complete observability coverage.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot monitoring gaps.
• Document onboarding processes, monitoring standards, and operational runbooks..
