Here's a detailed overview of what the role entails: **Role Overview:** - Assist the Campus team in planning, organizing, and executing Interns & Full-Time hiring Programs - Provide on-campus support for recruiting activities and logistics - Coordinate with the campus marketing team for event advertisements - Manage event logistics, interview schedules, and candidate communication - Ensure candidates create a job connect profile and move through the recruitment process - Manage onboarding processes for full-time employees and interns - Maintain system data, update candidate information, and handle expenses - Track recruiting events, candidate statistics, and diversity metrics - Conduct monthly audits on various data systems **Key Responsibilities:** - Event coordination: Plan and execute hiring programs, manage logistics, and ensure smooth event operations - Candidate management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, update candidate information, and manage onboarding - Reporting: Maintain system data, track recruitment events, and conduct monthly audits - Team Resources Management: Update team lists, manage budgets, and maintain the team SharePoint site **Qualifications Required:** - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and results orientation - Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook **Additional Details:** Mastercard places a high value on information security.
