Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's staffing needs are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts - Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans - Leading employment branding initiatives - Performing sourcing to fill open positions and anticipating future needs - Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.) - Ensuring a positive candidate experience - Assisting in employee retention and development - Supervising recruiting personnel - Organizing and/or attending career fairs, assessment centers, or other events - Using metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement To succeed in this role, you need to have: - Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding - Understanding of all selection methods and techniques - Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards - Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles Your performance objectives will include: - Meeting the hiring needs of business lines within the agreed TAT - Commitment to helping candidates find success in the company Key skills required for this role: - Excellent communication skills - Well-organized - A leader and strategic thinker Employee specification: - Bachelor's in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field - Master's in Human Resources preferred,
