As a Specialist in this role, you will play a key role in overseeing the development and execution of training programs to ensure that both new and existing employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet business objectives effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing training programs tailored to address training gaps and areas for development within the team. - Facilitating onboarding training for new hires, covering soft skills, SOPs, workflows, product knowledge, and system navigation. - Delivering engaging training sessions through various formats such as in-person workshops, online courses, and webinars. - Collaborating with department heads to design role-specific training programs and aligning training initiatives with organizational goals. - Maintaining training records, analyzing training effectiveness, and updating training content regularly to reflect changes and best practices. - Managing the organization's LMS, tracking employee progress, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. - Driving engagement initiatives to enhance team morale, collaboration, and a positive work environment. In the realm of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing the quality assurance process through call monitoring, customer feedback, and process audits. - Evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues in collaboration with Operations and HR teams. - Analyzing performance trends, initiating corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Collaborating with other departments to develop and refine SOPs for consistency and compliance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using LMS, MS Office Suite, and creating effective presentations. - Ability to work collaboratively, influence at all levels, and strong analytical skills.
