The entire tech stack has been custom-built to cater to people wth clinical conditions. The tech stack uses a dynamic database and code architecture, making the APP and crm adaptable to B2B applications

As a team member in the Special Projects - Founder's Office, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing these B2B projects directly under the guidance of the founder. Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities for the different B2B verticals, rolling out the pilots, managing the execution, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

In the process, you will also improve the strategy and create a product-market fit

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analysis, and business planning skills
• Effective project management and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
• Passion for health management, startups, and entrepreneurial environments is a plus
