Responsibilities

As Special Educator:

• Identify students requiring academic or behavioural support through screenings and observations.
• Design and implement

  Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

  for children with learning needs.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group remedial sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers to modify instructional strategies for inclusive learning.
• Maintain documentation, student progress reports, and parent communication as per CBSE norms.

As Primary Teacher:

• Teach core subjects to students in Primary Grades (Classes 1–5) following the CBSE curriculum.
• Create engaging, activity-based lesson plans focusing on foundational skills and conceptual clarity.
• Foster a positive and child-friendly learning environment.
• Prepare worksheets, conduct assessments, and track student progress.
• Ensure strong classroom management and support students’ holistic development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in

  Special Education

  or an equivalent

  RCI-recognized qualification

  (RCI registration mandatory).
• Additional degree in

  B.Ed. (Primary/Elementary Education)

  is preferred.
• Prior experience in both special education and primary teaching is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with inclusive education practices and child-centred teaching methodologies.
