Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Special Education Teacher based in Dwarka, New Delhi. The role involves developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, conducting classroom sessions tailored to the needs of learners, collaborating with families and therapeutic teams, and documenting progress. The teacher will also engage in capacity building for families, assist with advocacy efforts, and create inclusive learning environments for students in middle school settings. Qualifications Experience in Special Education and a strong understanding of working with individuals with disabilities Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, students, and team members Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field Patience, empathy, and the ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment Familiarity with early intervention approaches and community-based programs is an advantage
