Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Education Teacher based in Panchkula. The role involves working directly with children who have special educational needs, including creating and delivering personalized lesson plans for middle school students, developing strategies to support learning, and ensuring inclusivity. The Special Education Teacher will collaborate closely with therapists and parents to monitor progress and adjust teaching methods. Additional responsibilities include promoting a supportive classroom environment and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in working with disabilities, special education, and inclusive teaching practices Demonstrated skills in teaching and adapting lessons for middle school students Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members Ability to understand individual needs and design personalized learning strategies Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field Relevant certifications or training in special education or child development is a plus Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed
