Job Description

Job Summary

The SPE-Performing Servicing role involves managing and optimizing servicing processes with a focus on MS Excel proficiency. The candidate will work from the office during night shifts ensuring efficient fund processing and mortgage loan servicing. This position requires a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Manage servicing processes to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company standards.
Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports that support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with team members to streamline fund processing and mortgage loan servicing tasks.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims and foreclosure files to minimize risks and enhance service quality.
Monitor servicing activities to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
Provide support in resolving complex servicing issues ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and maintain documentation of servicing procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align servicing activities with broader organizational goals.
Implement best practices in servicing operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct regular audits of servicing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in servicing operations.
Evaluate servicing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the development of strategies that enhance the companys impact on society through improved servicing operations.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Possess experience in fund processing and mortgage loan servicing as a nice to have skill.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address servicing challenges effectively.
Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Display excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
Have attention to detail to ensure accuracy in servicing processes.
Maintain adaptability to work night shifts and meet the demands of the role.
