Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Specialist in Accounts Receivable Management within the healthcare sector. This hybrid role requires expertise in healthcare products and revenue cycle management. With a focus on optimizing financial operations you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient cash flow and accurate financial reporting. This position offers a night shift schedule allowing for a flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections in the healthcare sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue cycle management and enhance financial performance.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and implement strategies for improving cash flow and reducing outstanding receivables.
Utilize healthcare product knowledge to optimize billing systems and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide support in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts receivable operations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to accounts receivable and revenue cycle management.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all accounts receivable activities.
Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve accounts receivable processes.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates on accounts receivable status.
Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of healthcare products and their impact on revenue cycle management.
Demonstrate proficiency in accounts receivable management within the healthcare industry.
Exhibit excellent analytical skills to identify trends and implement effective strategies.
