Role Description

  • Serve as the primary linguistic liaison for Spanish-speaking prospects and customers.
  • Translate verbal conversations—live, virtual, and recorded—between English and Spanish for pre-sales demos, requirement-gathering sessions, and project discussions.
  • Translate business/technical documentation including proposals, presentations, training material, and product manuals.
  • Simplify and articulate ERP-related terminology (modules, workflows, integration, migration, inventory, production, Finance, etc.) for stakeholder comprehension.
  • Support pre-sales consultants during solution walkthroughs and discovery meetings.
  • Ensure contextual accuracy, cultural relevance, and clarity in all communications.
  • Partner with Marketing to localize collateral for Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Maintain a structured knowledge repository of localized content.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and customer-centric delivery.


Required Skils:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Native or near-native Spanish fluency

    with strong command of English.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Business / Technical Translator or Interpreter—preferably within ERP, SaaS, IT Services, or digital transformation domains.
  • Demonstrated capability to translate industry-specific lexicon with high accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-interaction skills.
  • Proficient in remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, CRM platforms).
  • Ability to work within fast-paced, delivery-oriented environments.
