Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional spa treatments and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and maintain knowledge of various spa treatments and therapies.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and courteously.

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction is necessary.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
