Role Overview:As a Spa Therapist, you will provide high-quality treatments and services to guests in a serene and relaxing environment. Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene Standards: Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained according to the spa's cleanliness and safety protocols. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with spa products, equipment, and treatments. Recommend home-care products and services to guests based on their needs, and explain how to use them. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other therapists, spa attendants, and management to ensure smooth spa operations and a positive experience for guests. Upsell Spa Services & Products: Actively promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Professional Development: Continuously improve your skills and stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and spa therapies through training and professional development programs.
