Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Accor Hotels, where you will provide exceptional spa experiences to our guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will ensure that every guest feels relaxed and rejuvenated during their stay with us.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all spa activities.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each guest's individual needs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy.
Ensure all spa services meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and therapies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
