Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Spa Executive / Assistant Manager Spa to join our team at Club Mahindra. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a spa setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily spa operations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase revenue.
Supervise and train a team of therapists, ensuring high-quality massage techniques and product knowledge.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a spa setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
